200 Hour Curriculum

Students receive a detailed syllabus upon arrival, but generally there is about 50% asana and 50% lecture/discussion each day.  Multiple topics are covered, including but not limited to poses, meditation, philosophy, pranayama, anatomy, sequencing, assists, and a variety of different styles of yoga.  There are eight different teachers that participate in the training, giving students a diverse and well-rounded experience.
