Studio classes are held in the studio at 211 S. Liberty Street.
All you really need is yourself and a willingness to show up just as you are. If you have a yoga mat, feel free to bring it—but we also have mats and props available at the studio. Comfortable clothes you can move in, a water bottle, and maybe a light layer for savasana are always a good idea.
At AYC, we offer a wide range of classes to support every body and every stage of life. From energizing flow and hot yoga to gentle, restorative, Yin, and meditation-based classes—there’s something here for everyone. Whether you’re brand new or a seasoned practitioner, you’ll find a space that meets you where you are.
Most of our weekly classes are open to ages 16 and up, with parent/guardian approval for folks under 18. Some workshops or series may have age recommendations, and we occasionally offer special classes for kids, families, or seniors. If you’re unsure, feel free to contact us—we’re happy to help guide you to the right fit.
Gentle Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative, and Meditation classes are especially calming for the nervous system. These slower-paced practices focus on breath, stillness, and mindful movement—helping you release tension, quiet the mind, and reconnect with a sense of ease.
Absolutely! We encourage you to explore different styles and find what resonates with your body and energy each day. Many students enjoy mixing energizing flows with slower, restorative practices throughout the week. Your practice can—and should—evolve with you.
Beginner classes focus on foundational postures, breath, and alignment, offering lots of guidance and support. All-level classes welcome students with a range of experience, offering variations so you can practice at your own pace. If you’re brand new, a beginner class is a great place to start—but you’re welcome wherever you feel comfortable.
Yes! We offer customizable yoga sessions for workplaces, wellness events, retreats, and private groups. Whether you’re looking to support your team’s well-being or celebrate a special occasion, we’d love to create something meaningful for your group. Just reach out and we’ll take it from there.
