Class Schedule

First, we are so excited to have you join us at the studio! If this is your first time visit, we have some suggestions to help make your visit as easy as possible:

1. Please create a Union account with us, that way you will be able to sign into class with ease. You can create your Union account here. Note: You will be asked to sign a waiver in order to participate in classes.
2. Once you have created an account, you will be able to enter your payment information and select which class pass you would like to purchase.
3. You can register for class through the Union app or on our class schedule page by selecting “register” next to the class you would like to take.
4. When you visit the studio, our front desk staff will check you into class.

1. Pre-registering and arriving by class start time is the only way to ensure you have a spot in class.
2. If a class has filled, you can join the waitlist online up to 30 minutes before class start time, you will need to provide your phone # so you can get a text if a spot becomes available. Please plan to arrive before class begins if you are interested in a waitlist spot. Once you receive the waitlist text, you’ll need to click register to officially be added on the roster.
3. If you are not able to attend a class you have pre-registered for, please be sure to cancel yourself out of class. If you have any trouble with this, give us a call and we are happy to do this for you!
4. Cancellation prior to class start time is required to avoid a $10 cancellation fee so that others are able to attend class.

We have parking spaces in front of the studio on Liberty Street, behind the studio in our gravel lot, as well as a paved parking lot behind our shared campus with The Ayurvedic Institute.

We like to think of the studio as a sanctuary! Please silence your phone when you arrive.
