Home Practice: Because this is an Advanced Studies course, we are assuming you have or have had in the past a daily practice. We recommend continuing, or re-starting this and recommend picking the same time to practice every day, as the body craves regularity. Practicing in the am or pm is entirely up to you; both have their own benefits. Try to stay on your mat 30-120 minutes and enjoy your practice! The required reading will help with this.
Upon registration you will receive an immediate email confirmation containing details about the workshop and information regarding the studio.
