Before the hustle and bustle of the holidays descends, sink into the quiet and reflective energy of the season — and into the profound relaxation of restorative yoga enhanced by the magic of immersion into vibrational sound. This special evening blends soothing movement sequences and deeply restful restorative poses with the sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls and the sacred resonance of the gong, long recognized as an instrument of healing. Calm your system, reduce your stress, balance your energy, and nurture yourself with this gentle and nourishing transition toward the season of wintertime.

Paige’s warm and welcoming style will invite you to stretch, strengthen, balance, move energy, release stress and tension, and cultivate peace and joy you can take with you back into the world. Her classes weave together physical postures, breathing techniques, and mindfulness practices that leave students feeling more grounded, relaxed, rejuvenated, and at ease. Paige has been practicing yoga and Zen meditation for 20 years. She completed her 200-hour teacher training at Asheville Yoga Center, along with her 300-hour advanced certification in yoga therapeutics. In addition to teaching studio classes, Paige offers private sessions for individuals and small groups.

Joy is an educator, certified Kundalini Yoga instructor, and lover of the gong, mountains, and sea. She facilitates Kundalini Yoga classes, gong meditations, and sound immersions in Florida and North Carolina. Joy’s gentle nature and reverence for the yogic lineages helps guide others into their deep heart space.
