HOT Flow & Yin
Flow & Yinis a sweet blend of flow and yin. About half of class uses a breath-based vinyasa flow to build strength and flexibility, challenging your balance and concentration, and harnessing that energy to promote inner stillness and peace. The other half of class finds you down on the mat holding yin poses for longer periods of time, targeting the connective tissues of the body to help release deeply stored tension. The two styles together are amazingly transformative.
HOT classes involve a dynamic and challenging practice in a room heated to 90 degrees or above. You will sweat, so please bring your own mat, water bottle and towel. First time students are discouraged from attending HOT classes, as they tend to be fast-paced, and are meant for those already familiar with basic postures.
