Bhakti Flow combines the chanting of universal mantras with the grace of vinyasa flow yoga. Class usually opens and closes with a musical style of group chanting called Kirtan, sometimes accompanied by instruments, sometimes voices only.The remainder of the practice is vinyasa flow, incorporating many different postures which are woven into a sequence with ujjayi breathing, mindful alignment, and a meditative focus.
