Meditation is a powerfully healing practice that takes the scattered pieces of our actions and awareness and brings them back into a state of wholeness. Yoga teaches us to access this wholeness in both stillness and movement.
Immerse yourself in five delicious days of heartfelt practice and self-inquiry as you gain the tools and understanding to become a more present, authentic, and skillful guide for others.
In this five day intensive, we will dive into the foundations of meditation and mindfulness practices, as well as the balanced and deeply meditative practices of Yin Yoga and slow, strengthening vinyasa flow.
Whether you are a yoga teacher or a practitioner simply looking to deepen your understanding of these time tested practices, this immersion is sure to inspire!
In this workshop you will learn:
• The foundations of meditation (theory and practice)
• Yin Yoga theory and practice
• The use of asana as a moving meditation
• Transformational breathing techniques to calm the nervous system and steady the mind
• How to create balanced sequences for all levels
• The use of touch and purposeful hands-on adjustments
• The human subtle energy system
Be prepared to cultivate…
…a steady and accessible meditation practice
…a willingness to open your heart and your mind (beginners mind!)
…a strong, grounded and flexible body
…a deeper understanding and acceptance of yourself and others through dedicated practice and and self inquiry

Upon registration you will receive an immediate email confirmation containing details about the workshop and information regarding the studio. If you are currently enrolled in our 300 Hour Advanced Studies Teacher Training Modular program, will receive immediate credit after attending the module. You do not need to do anything, however, please feel free to contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any concerns.
Because this is an Advanced Studies course, we are assuming you have or have had in the past a daily practice. We recommend continuing, or re-starting this and practicing at the same time each day, as the body craves regularity. Practicing in the am or pm is entirely up to you–both have their own benefits. Try to stay on your mat 30-120 minutes and enjoy your practice!
No refunds for cancellations given with less than 24-hours notice.
Please review our Cancellation and Transfer Policy for full details.
100% attendance required to all 300 Hour modules.

What are Advanced Study Modules?
We’ve built our Advanced Study Modular Program around the drop-in concept. There are 11 required modules you need to take, each lasting anywhere from 2-5 days long, generally over a weekend. Modules are taught either by one of our experienced staff members or an international yoga teacher. We bring some of the biggest names in the industry to our studio and programs. In this very flexible modular program, you get to decide which particular module you take, at what time and taught by whom. And you have 5 years to complete 11 modules (some students do it within 2 years though). Modules are generally open to the public as well, so you will be joined by experienced teachers as well as aspiring enthusiasts. Modules can be taken by someone not going after a 300 Hour Certification–though if they decide later to pursue the 300 Hour Certification, they can retroactively include the modules they’ve already taken in the past 12 months only.
Choose 11 modules in total from these four categories:
- Pick at least one 3-day course
- Pick at least one 4-day course
- Pick at least one 5-day Intensive
- Pick the remaining eight courses from any of the four categories (weekend, 3-day, 4-day, or 5-day*)
*You must complete 11 separate modules for graduation. Most modules offered multiple times per year.
